Some of you may have heard about the upgrade of our existing North Country library catalog and knew about the website being down last week, and some of you may have not. As of Wednesday April 26th the new catalog was back up and running, and hopefully in public opinion better than ever. The old web address of catalog.ncls.org will redirect patrons to the new site automatically, but for those that want to go directly to the new site (and bookmark it!) here it is:
All login information including user id (library card #), pin and reading history (if you opted to keep track of that before the switch) should’ve transferred over nicely. Click on the little silhouette of a person in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to log in and begin placing holds. If you cannot remember your pin you can use the I forgot my passcode link at the bottom of the sign in window to create a new one. As always, feel free to call the library for help or with questions if you are having trouble accessing the goods! Happy Searching 馃檪
